1. Project Initiation

By submitting a project request via RJ Harold Development, you are initiating a partnership discussion. A formal agreement will be required before any development work begins.

2. Services and Delivery

We specialize in rapid delivery development. Timelines and deliverables are defined per-project. While we strive for speed, quality remains our primary benchmark.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the ownership of custom code and project assets is transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

4. Client Responsibilities

Project success relies on timely feedback and access to necessary assets (APIs, documentation, brand assets). Delays in feedback may affect delivery timelines.

5. Disclaimer

RJ Harold Development provides software "as is." We are not liable for business losses or damages resulting from the use of delivered software beyond the scope of our warranties.
